At All Saints we have a dedicated team staff in all areas of school life.

 

 

 

Mrs E. Boyden: Acting Headteacher 

Mrs Boyden is the Acting Headteacher at school and she runs our school. She leads it amazingly well and makes sure that we all succeed and improve. Mrs Boyden wants everyone to have a high quality education at All Saints. She makes sure that all of the staff and pupils can be safe and happy and is the designated Safeguarding lead. She really loves this school! Mrs Boyden has worked at All Saints for many years. She is also in charge of Mathematics and is the Key Stage 1 leader. Mrs Boyden also loves Science, as well as developing our school grounds and outdoor learning! She also runs some really cool craft clubs!

 

Mrs O. Barnes: Acting Assistant Head, SENCO and EYFS Lead/ Teacher

Mrs Barnes is the school SENCO and EYFS lead and is part of our Senior Leadership Team with Mrs Boyden and Mrs Clark. She also shares our Reception class as the teacher. She is responsible for making sure that all children are included fully in our school, as well as our Early Years provision. Mrs Barnes is very creative and loves using the outdoor environment with the children.

 

Miss E. Clark: Acting Assistant Head, KS2 Lead, English Lead and Y6 Teacher

Mrs Clark is the Key Stage 2 Leader, as well as being in charge of English. She is also part of our Senior Leadership Team. She is the Year 6 class teacher. Mrs Clark is responsible for making sure that Key Stage 2 runs smoothly, as well as developing our English provision throughout the school. She runs a range of clubs at school. She also loves sport!

 

Miss C. Evans: PPA Cover Teacher

Miss Evans helps with teaching a range of classes in our school. Miss Evans is a very fun and creative teacher who loves to make learning fun with all of our children!

 

Mrs J. Williams: Y1 Teacher and RE/ Worship Lead

Mrs Williams is the RE Leader in our school and also teaches in Year 1. She makes sure that all of our worship, values and assemblies are organised throughout the year, as well as choosing hymns for us to sing! She enjoys being arty and runs an craft club at school.

 

Mrs R. Cho: Y3 Teacher, Music and Pupil Premium/ Attendance Lead

Mrs Cho is in charge of Music and Pupil Premium at All Saints. She is also shares the teaching in Year 3. She makes sure that our school are confident when we sing and explore through music; organising school singing assemblies and events. She also runs the school choir and loves to sing and play netball. She runs our amazing school choir.

 

Mrs A. Lawson: Safeguarding Deputy, Art Lead and Y3 Teacher

Mrs Lawson is the Safeguarding and attendance deputy in our school, as well as the Art lead. She shares the Year 3 class with Mrs Cho. She is responsible for making sure that our children are safe and coming to school to be able to progress and enjoy learning. She is also very crafty and helps to run our Art club.

 

Miss M. Green: Y2 Teacher, Computing Lead, P4C and Educational Visit Coordinator 

Miss Green is in charge of Computing, Philosophy and managing the Risk Assessments for any of our school visits. She is the Year 4 teacher at All Saints. She is responsible for making sure that we can enjoy our Computing curriculum, as well as our school website and app. She runs a cooking club and a dance club!

 

Mr D. Gaskell: Y5 Teacher and PE Leader

Mr Gaskell is the Year 5 teacher at school. He is also very sporty and runs our competitions, PE curriculum and football club. He enjoys playing and teaching sport, as well as computer lessons. He is looking forward to developing our school regarding sport this year even further!

 

Mrs H. Hughes: Year 4 Teacher, Arts, History/ Geography Lead, Outdoor Learning  

Mrs Hughes is our Year 4 teacher this year. She is very arty and loves to be creative! She always comes up with new and exciting ideas and she is really looking forward to developing our creative parts of the curriculum!

 

Miss Brown: Reception Teacher

Miss Brown is new to our school and will be teaching in Reception with Mrs Barnes. She is very creative and loves to make learning fun. She is very kind and caring and will make sure that the children in Reception have a great start to school at All Saints.

 

 

Mrs Nguzo: Year 1 Teacher

Mrs Nzugo will be working at our school as the Year 1 teacher for the start of the year. She has already spent some time at our school working in various classes and is looking forward to teaching lots of fun lesson and making lots of great memories with our Year 1 class.

 

 

Mrs N. Martindale: EYFS Teaching Assistant

Mrs Martindale is the teaching assistant for the Reception class at All Saints. She has been a part of our school for many years. She helps all of our Reception children to settle into school and start to love their learning by helping with everything from Letters and Sounds and Maths to getting our classroom organised for the day! She also organises our school equipment supplies which is a very big job!

 

Mrs S. Kelly: KS1 Teaching Assistant

Mrs Kelly is the Key Stage 1 teaching assistant at All Saints. She has also worked at All Saints for plenty of years. She is very talented at working with the children, especially the younger classes, to help them to learn at the best that they can in all subjects. Mrs Kelly likes to help out at lots of school clubs, from running to cooking!

 

Mrs A. Carr: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Mrs Carr is a 1:1 teaching assistant at All Saints in a number of classes. She works with children to help them to get the best out of their learning in a range of subjects. Mrs Carr loves Maths and has run a range of Mathematics interventions at our school. She also helps out with cooking club.

 

Mrs J. Gibson: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Mrs Gibson is a 1:1 teaching assistant in Reception and Year 6. She again has worked at our school for a long time. She helps children to access learning in their classroom fully. She is extremely artistic and organises and makes many of our lovely displays in school! Mrs Gibson runs a table tennis club too!

 

Mrs J. Taylor: Nurture Leader

Mrs Taylor runs our nurture at All Saints. She has been a part of our school for a long time and works hard to help the children in her care to be happy and enjoy their learning. She ensures that our children can learn to handle their emotions and handle the challenges of day-to-day life, and you will often see her still doing work long after the school bell rings!

 

Miss J. Obiro: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Miss Obiro is a 1:1 teaching assistant in Year 6. She is currently on maternity leave. She has worked at All Saints for a long time and is passionate and skilled in regards making learning accessible and fun for the children in her care. Miss Obiro loves to sing, dance and have fun, and makes sure that the children do this with her!

 

Mrs C. McDonnell: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Mrs McDonnell is a 1:1 teaching assistant in Year 6. She works hard to make an inclusive atmosphere and learning environment within her classroom. She is passionate about engaging children in home learning, and is very organised at organising the children’s home reading as well as helping to run Silver Seal! She has helped to run the drama club in school too.

 

 

Mrs N. O’Neill: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Mrs O’Neill is a 1:1 teaching assistant in Year 6. She runs the Silver Seal in school and helps children to manage their feelings and emotions in a positive and safe environment. She helps children to break down their learning into small steps and is also very crafty (she does lots of amazing displays). Mrs O’Neill has also helped to run the drama club in school.

Miss J. Cowley: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Miss Cowley is a 1:1 teaching assistant in Year 2. She is very enthusiastic and loves to help any child in her care learn and make progress. She is new to our school and is really looking forward to an exciting year.

 

 

 

Mrs L. Whitfield: Office Manager

Mrs Whitfield is our school business manager. She organises our finances in school and makes sure that everything is kept running smoothly. She works extremely hard every single day to ensure that all of our very important admin is kept up to date. That isn’t counting the million other jobs that she does!

 

Mrs B. Howarth: Admin Manager

Mrs Howarth is our school admin worker. She never stops throughout the week, doing every job that you can imagine, from passing on messages to parents, to giving medicine and checking our registers. Without Mrs Howarth, our school would definitely be in chaos without her amazing organisation!

 

Mr A. McGarry: Site Manager

Mr McGarry is our school site manager. Without Mr McGarry, we wouldn’t be as safe or secure in our school. He does so many jobs from fixing doors and our outdoor area, to putting up our Christmas tree and even opening and shutting the school. We all depends lots on Mr McGarry to help to fix anything and everything around school. We are very grateful.

 

Mrs S. King and Mrs G. Fletcher: Cleaners

Mrs King and Mrs Fletcher are our fabulous cleaners. They work their way through every classroom, as well as all of the other areas of our school, to ensure that it is in tip-top condition. Our school can get full of all sorts after our fun learning days, from bits of glitter, to mud from the playground, or bits of paint on the tables. We all try very hard to keep our school clean, but we are all so thankful that our cleaners are here to help us.

Mrs J. Naylor, Mrs M. McNabb, Mrs S. King, Miss N. Andrews: Lunch-Time Staff

Our lunch-time staff are fantastic. Mrs Naylor is in charge of our kitchen and works tirelessly to ensure that our children are offered healthy, tasty lunches and snacks. We all need our energy to keep us going through the day, and all of the children are grateful for the wonderful food. Even the staff are partial to a school lunch! All of the other kitchen staff work so hard along-side Mrs Naylor to get our food ready and we are very grateful.

Mrs K. Williamson, Mrs C. Pennington, Mr P. Naughton, Mrs A. Hardman, Mr C. Hargreaves, Mrs L. Carroll, Mrs L. Morgan: Mid-Day Supervisors

Our mid-day supervisors are here every day to keep our children safe and entertained on the playground and in the hall. All of the children love the mid-day supervisors as they are always playing games with them, and making everyone smile. That’s not including all of the bumps and grazes that they sort out every day. What would we do without them?

Our lovely school is linked directly with the Upton Pre-School. All of the staff from the pre-school are an integral part of our team and ensure that the children are given the best possible start, as well as offering an amazing after-school service for our children.

Governors

Our Governing Body consists of a twelve strong, dedicated team of individuals, chaired by Mrs. Trish Banks. The team is made up of teachers, support staff, parents and members of our community. The Governing Body effectively lead and govern our school, consistently ensuring standards are high and the welfare of our children is at the forefront of all decisions.
